How to reconnect a device

If an app is no longer supported or the connection needs to be set up again, revoke the old device first, then add it again using the method that is easiest for you.

Choose a reconnection method

The old device must be revoked before you create a new connection. You can do this through the Telegram bot or through your account dashboard.

    Open 2Wisp Bot and then go to My devices.

    Find the device you want to reconnect, press the cross button next to it, and confirm the action.

    On the device list or home screen, press the + button and complete the device connection steps.
